pip python packaging
Tested and documented (add usage, test and dev notebooks)
Add separate command line interface
Group helper functions and classes to common.py
Using collapsed nanopolish output instead of raw input
Move from Multithreading to Multiprocessing as we are not IO bound any more
Output to shelve instead of memory
Stat module is broken
No output format at the moment

FYI I forgot to update the main entry point after I broke SampComp in 2 methods. So it will initialise but will not run at the moment if you use the command line interface
