Missing GMM pvalues in plot_pvalue #60

It is GMM specific and started after TxComp refactor.

Here is an example plot.

Fixed in doc branch https://github.com/tleonardi/nanocompore/commit/28a4c616867df23c1f040058e93f92c81523da81

It was because of nan values in anova pvalues
