Window layout is not restored #28

When restarting emacs (tested 24.0.91.1 and 23.3.1), the workgroup's window layout currently isn't restored. Please note that I've explicitly set wg-restore-position to non-nil, i.e. "t".

Oops, my bad, I didn't realise I had to update the base config from the working config before saving. Now that I've found out about this, it makes absolute sense to me. Maybe this could be expressed a little bit more clearly in the documentation? (Well, still my fault ;-))
