Add the option of time varying inputs being show or not as a parameter. i.e. "Dependancy" as with normal parameters.
Would like to have an interface such as:
However the variable input is always showed
Normal Parameter:
Input (doens't have dependancy)
Alternative, if it is easier: Add "Constant" to the menu selection; which should be the default start value on the .FMU Input
