Handle growth after transfection #2

Right now cells are immediately sorted after transfection. Usually they are grown up a bit prior to this happening.

As discussed with Martin, it would work best if we could set the size of the number of cells in each bin for the facs sorting and simply "grow" the transfected list of cells to something >= than that value.
