Split out and modularize plotting code #8

analysis.jl is getting hairy with all the plotting code in there as well as the actual analysis.

This issue was mostly fixed in 6d8dfaeb963071aa6a9da87b90cb6ef95a9e5e58. #14 is tracking some issues with the actual implementation.
