In general, I think the examples are very good and illustrative. I would add one or two sentences explaining the illustrations so that the reader can follow them easily and add the hide function to the code parts of the chapter. Additionally, the last three lines of the second paragraph are not compiled correctly; maybe the "$$" symbols are not in the right position. An optional change request would be to switch the positions of paragraphs one and two; the idea here would be to begin with defining multivariate Gaussian distributions and then move on to the setup, but this is just a matter of personal taste.
