Replace %blog listing with Common Blog #241

Updates the %blog listing in the Get Urbit Apps menu from the defunct %blog at ~hanrut-sillet-dachus-tiprel/blog to Common Blog on ~dister-bonbud-macryg/blog.

Tested and verified this works as expected on a comet: I booted a new ship, downloaded the app, and opened it with no issues.
