When invite link is disabled the invite page should also be disabled #47

Create an invite link as the host
Observe that the invite page works
Disable the invite link
Observe the invite page still works

This is bad because an invite page to a private group can be deduced from the ship host. When the invite link is disabled, the invite page should no longer exist.
