[Lure] Changing landscape lure url requires a landscape refresh for groups to pick it up

• Change landscape lure url
• Go to group without refreshing
• Observe link is out of date
• Refresh landscape
• Observe it's now correct in the group

When the new link is saved, it should automatically refresh (or do whatever it needs to do so the groups are also updated).
