AI logic - difficulty placing roads when a long flagless road blocks an area #29

Not sure why eactly it isn't just road-splitting, I suspect it has to do with the way it looks for flags to connect to in a certain area, and not finding any?

I have been thinking of changing pathfinding to become simpler as realm expands, such as using connect-to-nearest-flag for buildings a certain distance for castle

OR... use connect-to-nearest-flag for huts only, in all locations

It didn't get stuck here forever, it eventually ended up building on the existing road, by luck
