add a CTRL-D or similar to delete serf at pos, or already ai_mark_serf

added this to make serfs Lost, first AI mark a serf (CTRL-click on it) then quickly CTRL-L before it becomes un-marked and it will enter Lost state.

still want to add deleting serfs. so keeping this open
