Shortcode #269

I created a form with the "Custom Contact Form" by T. Lovett. I'm using the DIVI Theme, and when I go to post the form it's not allowing me to post the form from the "form" button in the content area.

I also tried looking for a copy & paste shortcode and I could not find it. Please help.
