Submit Form button not doing anything.. #311

Hello there - This form on my website doesn't do anything at all when I click on "Submit Form". No new "submissions" entries are created neither. I tried creating more simple forms and they worked fine.. but this one doesn't.. any ideas?

I am having the same issue. If the form has required fields and you try to submit, it catches the errors of you not putting in the required data, but once you correct all fields and try to submit, nothing happens. The button animates but nothing else happens?
