Some workflow error on Github Actions, when trying to make release #32

Hi!

Today I try to sync repo and get fresh release, but can't due to error:

Invalid workflow file: .github/workflows/release.yml#L9 error parsing called workflow ".github/workflows/release.yml" -> "tlslink/vpnagent/.github/workflows/release-setup.yml@main"

Something wrong happend with workflow file?
