In https://github.com/tlswg/draft-ietf-tls-esni/pull/553/files we added registration of the "ech" codepoint. It is also in draft-ietf-tls-svcb-ech which will be confusing if they are both updating the codepoint. We likely want to remove this registration and update SVCB/HTTPS RR references to point to draft-ietf-tls-svcb-ech.
