Repository not propogating #216

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download zip repo file
2. Browse and install from inside XBMC, confirms successful
3. Browse to repository listing...empty.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to see list of available plug-ins to install. Instead, see nothing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest available XBMC, latest release of the repo, Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit

Please provide any additional information below.

Same here on Raspbmc, the plugin installs fine but when I browse the addons 
list for the repo, it is empty.

I Have had this issue as well.  To fix the issue I was able to click refresh on 
the plugin.  I then closed xbmc and reopened it.  Then the list would be there
