e107 version for LGSL 6.2.0 available

Hi, e107 plugin was updated for LGSL 6.2.0

• fully replaced LGSL files (deleted old lgsl subfolder and replaced with new one) and applied e107 functionality to new files. Each change was made as separated commit to know in the future what is needed to change.

PS. Github repo was used to have a way how to report issues with e107 version. It was a quick update, so if something is missing, they can be reported now.

Hello, @Jimmi08! Many thanks for your job! I updated links in wiki and also slightly updated LGSL with new protocols
