The primary purpose of this PR is to add a tmle3_Spec object (tmle3_Spec_shift) to support easier computation of the TML estimator for the treatment shift parameter made available in this package. Additionally, this PR includes updates to documentation (README.Rmd, pkgdown website), bump of the version number, and addition of a vignette.
