Uses Clause cleaner doesn't work in D2010

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open project in D2010
2. Run Uses Clause cleaner
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Expect to see a list 
of units specified in each "uses" clause + those that aren't being used. 
Instead, just get a dialog saying nothing to process.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? 547 
and 549 Unstable each have the same issue. Using Vista

Please provide any additional information below.
