Poor formatting for user guide #13

The title is in one page whereas the body is in another page, making it inconvenient for readers to read. Page-breaks could have been better utilised.

Hi, thanks for the bug report.

In addition to extra white space being allowed, the addcus command header is so near the end of the page that there is almost no white space introduced, so it does not seem to hinder the reader.
