When a validation is run, \src\Public\UnattendedScriptRun.psm1 loads in Notepad (or your default text editor).

This occurs in line 10 of Validation.psm1 when $import.fullname = .\src\Public\UnattendedScriptRun.psm1. This library comes from $PublicCommon.

This is caused by trying to load a psm1 file.
