Most of the controller methods serve both the admin area and the public facing area... I thought this was nice to combine methods, and it still may be...But it's really disorganized for a developer to pick through. I also might want to, in the future, make controller methods "filterable" in a sense to provide more control over the core of Minerva.
Either way, separating out the actions is going to make things better. Along with some general cleanup.
