Rutorrent cant connect to rtorrent #932

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It was working fine, but after i reboot my server, i got a lot of problems. I'm 
running it on Plesk, by now i could fix everything, but this issue with 
rutorrent. 
I'm getting this:
"No connection to rTorrent. Check if it is really running. Check $scgi_port and 
$scgi_host settings in config.php and scgi_port in rTorrent configuration file."

1. Yes rtorrent is running and downloading files
2. I've already tryed to delete rtorrent.lock file
3. i've already tryed to recomplie rtorrent. But keep the same error.
4. I've checked the scgi port on both files "config.php" and "rtorrent.rc"

What environment are you using?
1. My ruTorrent version is 3.5
2. My rTorrent version is rtorrent-0.9.2
3. I use web-server PLESK(httpd) it version is 11.5.30 on CentOS
4. I use browser firefox, chrome, safari on Windows 8 and MAC

Are some errors present in the web-server log?
No
Are some errors present in the browser error console?
No

2) Don't use ancient versions.
