Window level #18

Is it possible to manipulate a window level using this library? I'm trying to set NSFloatingWindowLevel for an external app.

Not currently. I don't know of a way to do from outside an app that isn't hacky.

This plugin for chunkwm does it, but installing it is a manual process that requires you to disable SIP: https://github.com/koekeishiya/chwm-sa
