Feature Request - Artifact Purchase & Artifact Dismantle #51

Hi,

With the new Artifact feature, it would be nice to automate purchasing all of the artifacts in addition to the free one. I'm VIP 11 and I see 4 to purchase with Gold. It would also be nice to automatically dismantle non-locked artifacts.
