As a first time user I want to understand the purpose of the website and easily navigate through so that I can save time going through content of the website and to increase engagement

Acceptance criteria:

  1. Title with hero image on the home page
  2. Navigation bar on the top of the page
  3. Clearly displayed content

Tasks:

  1. Create base & index.html
  2. Create url paths to the page
  3. Create function to display page
  4. Display content related to subject of the website
  5. Create simple navigation bar
