invalid clientID when registering alliance-less char with tea_ts_nf set to '#at# [#ct#] #name#' #109

TEA Version?
TEA 1.3.0 r169

SMF Version?
SMF 2.0.2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set tea_ts_nf to '#at# [#ct#] #name#'
2. Register a character without an alliance e.g. '[V.N] June Ting'
3. Attempt to sign up for teamspeak with username '[V.N] June Ting'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to get registration success, but instead see 'invalid clientID' 
because the Temar code is asking for ' [V.N] June Ting', but the TeamSpeak 
server strips off leading/trailing spaces and thus the names cannot exactly 
match.

Please provide any additional information below.
See attached patch for a proposed fix.
