Cant see titles / No Way to tell if CEO #116

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Try to get it to see titles, it cant, and thus it can not tell if they are CEO 
or not. I can not set it to role, as no roles can be edited on a CEO.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Rule with "Title: CEO" should see that they have the title of CEO and give them 
the group CEO, instead it does nothing.

Please provide any additional information below.

Sounds like a bad idea to make a title for the CEO that any full tick director 
could give them self, and then get special access to the forum.

Ignoring that though, as long as you aren't using any colours in your title, it 
should be ok, otherwise you need to put the full clear text name of the title, 
colour crap included.

Just made a small change to my forum so it takes its info from the titleID 
instead of name, as we have a director that likes to change the titles often.

Thankfully we don't use titles much :)

How do I use titleID? and for that matter how do i find the titleID? And we 
must use title, cause with out that there is no way to see that with the API. I 
also need if=t for people who use title directors rather than tick directors.
