Can't edit API information in existing user profiles? v1.3.0 r168 #93

SMF Version?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to Admin Panel > Members
2. Edit member settings/profile
3. Attempt to change API information

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A field to edit the existing API information for users. No such fields.

Please provide any additional information below.
Hi, i recently installed TEA 1.3.0 r168 on my board so i can use the new API.  
However, i went to edit a profile to put in new api information and i cannot 
see the fields to edit any users API information, is there a setting i'm 
missing? Is this a bug? Am i doing something wrong?

Check your permissions to see if you have the edit api role, assuming that you 
arent doing this from an admin account.
