Users not created in openfire #98

TEA Version?
1.3.0 r169

SMF Version?
2.0.1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Unknown what caused the issue... attempting to set up jabber profiles. When
the user sets a password and click change profile, the interface reports the
change was made, but no user is created on OpenFire.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect the user to be created. No user created.

Please provide any additional information below.
Connection to MySQL is good, and the provided URL and key for the OpenFire
admin and User Service are correct. If I call the ADD method in the user
service manually via my web browser it works as expected. I don't see any
connection attempts in the log - it's almost as if it's not even trying to
connect.

Following errors appear in SMF error log:
http://www.seekret.com/index.php?action=profile;area=tea;sa=jabber;updated;u=2
8: Undefined offset: 4
File: /home/seekret/public_html/Sources/TEA_Jabber.php

Further info on this. It seems that when setting up a new user, everything is
created in the DB but the account isn't created in OpenFire.

In order to get the profile created in OpenFire, I have to go to the SMF db and
delete the row for the new user from the prefix_tea_jabber_users table. Once I
do that, then I have to go back to the Jabber page and put in a password, hit
change profile, and the user is created in OpenFire. Very odd.

I've also noticed that sometimes when clicking Change Profile on the Jabber
page, it sits and spins forever, eventually failing with a 404 error.

Temars EVE API - 1.3.0 r169 - It is not allowing persons to register because it
will not bring up the characters.
