Mic issues in apps #1

Mic does not work with apps like Voice Search, Voice Dialer..etc.. This is a 
known issue with using new qcom audio libs.. However, mic works fine during 
voice calls.

Starting with build AR16, it will include older audio libs which fixes this 
issue. So for now I am marking this issue 'Pending'. Its not really a 'fix' but 
more of a 'workaround' until its resolved with the new libs.
