Camera has stopped working

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Took one picture, saved picture was glitched
2.Hit preview of glitched picture
3.Opened camera again after crash, continues to stop responding

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Camera functioned as normal, focus, flash and snap...the only problem was in 
the upper left portion of the first one there was just a solid green area...in 
the second picture what was suppose to be in the first picture (my tapestry) 
was now in the second picture in the same size area of the picture. A few more 
attempts gave me results with a blotched glitchy looking area along the right 
side. Unfortunately i dont have the pictures on my phone anymore...i thought 
that maybe clearing out any new ones in my library would solve the issue but it 
didnt.

What version of the product are you using?
AR16 with the Inspire 4g patch attached in the posts on the xda forums. Radio 
12.59.60.26U_26.11.04.21_M

Please provide logcat ouput and any additional information below.

Camera glitch is known issue with current Camera HAL.., as for it stop 
responding, try clearing the cameras app data (Settings->Apps) scroll all the 
way to the right for All apps..then clear camera data.., Camera app should work 
then..
