No Voicemail Notification with Specific Carriers #122

This issue has already been described in cyanogenmod issue tracker.

The voicemail notifications are not working with most carriers in Canada.

The problem comes from the way that cim records are read by the kernel. A fix 
already exists for this and has already been heavily tested in CM7-8-9-10 (look 
at the attachements).

this problem still exists in cm11. Im with Rogers and my voicemail 
notifications still dont work. Please merge this code with cm11

In case this helps, I'm with Rogers running CM11 (M8, installed today) on 
Xperia Z1 Compact and also still not working. Am I missing something or is the 
fix still not implemented?
