Please describe the problem in detail. Be sure to include:
the problem is concerning an app named "hotspot shield VPN" whenever i try to
start the protection mode it gives this error. I tried to restart the wifi
router and restarted my phone several times but that didn't fix the issue.
I have tried using the same app on the same internet connection and works
perfectly alright
What steps will reproduce the problem?
everytime i switch on the app the problem persists
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the app starts giving me protection and the icon in the status bar turns green
as a confirmation.
instead, i see a red app popping up and gives the error as that in the picture

Inspire4G or DesireHD? (If Inspire, did you flash Inspiremod?)
