tetjering is not working properly #125

Please describe the problem in detail. Be sure to include:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Wifi tethering - PC does find the wifi network but will not be able to connect.

Bluetooth tethering - works but after 15 - 20 min the phone gets freeze

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It worked fine in previous build

What version of aospX are you using? And when did the issue first start?

Does the issue happen after a full wipe and without any data restored?

Not sure about log at. How to do this?
