Phone unresponsive, usually after charging

Please describe the problem in detail. Be sure to include:
The phone will not light the screen, or even if it does go on, the phone is 
very very slow, almost unresponsive. I have to take out batter to restart, even 
the power button is unresponsive. 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
The problem happens after the phone has been charged overnight.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The phone to work

What version of aospX are you using? And when did the issue first start?
2012-10-01 - MR1 Release,

Does the issue happen after a full wipe and without any data restored?

YES! titanium Backup is installed, and makes automatic backups, but nothing has 
ever been restored!

Inspire4G or DesireHD? (If Inspire, did you flash Inspiremod?)

Please provide logcat ouput and any additional information below.
(REQUIRED! or I will discard the ticket.)
I cant quite do log if the phone is unresponsive. Here is a log taken AFTER the

Hmm, it seems this and the other bug I reported went away after I fixed user 
permissions via CWM recovery. Hope this adds needed info for fixing this
