Notification menu will not show sometimes! #128

Please describe the problem in detail. Be sure to include:
The notification menu sometimes will not show, after waking up the phone from a 
long period of sleep.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
Put the phone to sleep, and wake it up in 15 minutes or more.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To have notification menu, missed calls, etc

What version of aospX are you using? And when did the issue first start?

2012-10-01 - MR1 Release
Please list the kernel version under Settings->About phone

2.6.35.14
Does the issue happen after a full wipe and without any data restored?
(REQUIRED!)

Inspire4G or DesireHD? (If Inspire, did you flash Inspiremod?)

Hmm, it seems this and the other bug I reported went away after I fixed user 
permissions via CWM recovery. Hope this adds needed info for fixing this
