No data connection on Movistar (Telefonica) in Argentina. #131

The APN will never connect regarding of any configuration, on Movistar 
(Telefonica) carrier. All the rest carriers work just fine (personal (telecom), 
Claro)

There is any apn setting on the rom by default (for argentina) but adding it by 
hand will work except for movistar.

This is not true! I currently live in Buenos Aires and I've manually input my 
APN settings for Movistar several times with success!

This is an invalid bug report. 

Also this is carrier related, not ROM specific. As mentioned above, this looks 
to be an APN issue for your carrier.
