Browser App doesn't work #22

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Browser
2. Then I get a message saying "Unfortunately, Browser has stopped"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output should be the open browser, instead it give me the message 
and closes.

What version of the product are you using?
AR18

Please provide logcat ouput and any additional information below.
N/A

I use the Chrome Beta so in reality the browser app is not needed for me but 
wanted to report it. Maybe someone will use it. Thanks for the ROM.

Do a clean install (wipe data/factory reset) as browser works fine.
