Static using bluetooth during phone call.

Some users report loud static/crackling sounds when using bluetooth headset 
during phone call, however other bluetooth task (such as music) work fine. 
There have been some reports from a few users who do not have this issue, but 
others do. I personally am unable to test this, so if someone who can reproduce 
it please post a clean logcat and dmesg logs, it would be appreciated.

I also have this issue. I can't take calls over bluetooth unless I switch to 
the speaker mode of the call. Another similar bluetooth related issue - AVRCP 
over BT no longer works (ie showing track titles over bluetooth when listening 
to music).
