In the taskbar, the setting's buttons doesn't viewed correctly (RU) #31

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Desire HD.
2. The device language is Russian.
3. Scroll down the taskbar.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Pleas see the attached pic.

What version of the product are you using?
AR25

Please provide logcat ouput and any additional information below.

Actually ive been unable to reproduce this. Can you give me a detailed step by 
step on how you reproduced this? Also does it happen on a clean fresh install?

My steps :
1. You need DHD device.
2. Wipe data/factory reset.
3. Format SD (quick FAT32 format)
4. Install fresh  aospX 1.0.0-AR26.
5. Change the language to Russian in the language & input settings.
6. Boot your device.
7. On the home screen scroll down the taskbar and then press setting button 
near the date field.

Which exact language does this happen with? Ive tried most of them and still no 
issues, can you post exactly how its labeled in Settings for me?

Did you reboot the device, after you have changed the language settings ?

It looks like the problem is due to the translation of "ON and "OFF" in the 
toggles, causing it to expand. Ill check into this and try to keep it 
translated, but I might have to hard code the toggles to just show "ON" and 
"OFF"
