The 4 touch buttons aren't automatically lightning up after device restart.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Device DHD.
2. Set is full brightness display in the display settings.
3. Boot your device.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The 4 touch buttons are automatically lightning up after device restart.
It doesn't happened.
The workaround solution : set the brightness of my screen to *auto* and somehow 
when the brightness of my screen changes, the buttons will light up.

What version of the product are you using?
AR25

Please provide logcat ouput and any additional information below.
