MMS Pictures stuck on "sending..." 25 & 26"

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open messages, select recipient, select attach, select capture photo,
take photo, select check mark for pic ok, send picture
2.Adversely taking a photo, then sharing via messages produces same result
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected seeing "sending..." for a few moments, then seeing the time sent. 
Instead I see "sending..." continuously.

What version of the product are you using?
25 then flashed to 26 to see if this solved... happens both builds

Please provide logcat ouput and any additional information below.

Changed the apn setting to the dual ones from the XDA thread AOSPX to try to 
solve issue before posting. This happened with both the stock AOSPX 25 and 26 
single APN setting, and with the changed dual settings from 
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1042553

This issue has been resolved... had to reregister on the ATT network through 
menu>system settings>more...>mobile networks>network operators> selecting ATT!

Everything started working as planned after registering on my network... Easy 
as a few button presses. Thanks E... You can close this if you see fit.
