RAM Issue #42

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Just using phone normally
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It is like the OS or Kernel is not minimizing how much ram it allows each 
program to hog and it is not clearing it up when the programs are not being 
used..

What version of the product are you using?
Version 26

Please provide logcat ouput and any additional information below.

Im not sure I understand this one..., I need more info/examples and steps on 
how to reproduce this, cause im not seeing this issue.

Well I have to restart my phone once a day sometimes twice BC my ram fills up 
and gets about 20mb free which makes it start freezing up. If it runs out it 
will restart by itself. All I do is use the phone, maps, Facebook, play angry 
birds, look at email.. this is my normal day. I don't do anything more than 
that. I tried to see if a task killer would help but to no avail it didn't help 
either..

This is one of those things that seems like it would be hard to show step by 
step. So I posted this in the hopes someone else might be having same issue..

Here is a screenshot. This will show 20mb free and then shortly after reboot by 
itself when I'm doing something
