Sending mail does not work with Mail and Outlook 2010 servers

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Setup an account on a server running Exchange 2010
2. Setup that account in Mail.
3. Try to send a mail.

Expected:
Mail sends to selected account.

Actual:
Mail stays in outbox indefinitely.

What version of the product are you using?
AR27

This is a bug that was found here:

Bug 23534 Comment #51 contains a solution, 4.0.4 versions of the mail and 
exchange client and server pieces. I compared these apks to the ones in AR27 
and they were different. I replaced the apks in AR27 with the ones on the bug, 
and now I am able to send mail.

Can these updates to the Mail and Exchange apks be included in future releases?
