enable loudspeaker when in call mutes the mic #53

What steps will reproduce the problem?
place a phone call, place the handset on loud speaker by using the button and 
they cant hear you. I can replicate this issue on every call.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Fix the above

What version of the product are you using?
ar31 - also happened on the last build

Please provide logcat ouput and any additional information below.

This is an invalid bug report. Please reopen ticket with proper debug logs (ie. 
Logcat) during the error/issue.
