cannot send and receive mms #61

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Take a photo
2. Share via message (sms/mms)
3. message never sends

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The message is never sent. If I click the link via an incoming MMS it never 
downloads. 

What version of the product are you using?

BR1

Please provide logcat ouput and any additional information below.

There is no error, the message just sits in "sending" there is no error on the 
logcat that I have seen. It's now 2 hours later and the message is still 
"sending". I have full data reception and the messages still fail to go. I can 
browse the web so I know that the data works. (wifi is disabled)

This is an invalid bug report. Please provide more information along with 
required logcat. 

Mms works fine for me. Try a full clean wipe. If you went from AR31-BR1 a full 
wipe was required, there were some APN changes and not doing a full wipe would 
result some issues. Either way, try a full clean wipe and check your APN to 
make sure its correct.
