Camera not functioning #64

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch stock or 3rd-party camera app
2. Screen goes black
3. Message pops up indicating the app is non-responsive

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Working camera / black screen

What version of the product are you using?

BR2

Please provide logcat ouput and any additional information below.
