KakaoTalk walkie-talkie feature non functional

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open KakaoTalk
2. Enable walkie talkie by going to Settings -> Chat Room Setting -> Walkie 
Talkie
3. Pick a friend and attempt to use the walkie talkie feature

What is the expected output? 
- should be able to send short audio message

What do you see instead?
- blank screen flashes, microphone icon is briefly visible. 

What version of the product are you using?
BR2

Please provide logcat ouput and any additional information below.

I thought this was an app failure at first. In AR31 Kakao told me "your phone 
does not support this feature." With BR2 the feature seems to work, but seems 
to crash instantly. Might be a mix of the two?
